Cancellation Policy & Missing Classes
- What is your cancellation policy for workshops and courses? Our policy allows you to cancel with a full refund up to a week before the class. If you need to cancel within a week, we will no longer refund you for the class, but can help you transfer your reservation to a friend or someone else interested in joining on your behalf. If you would like to transfer the class to a friend, please notify us 24 hours before the start time of the class.
- What if I can't make all of the scheduled dates for a multi-week course? We unfortunately no longer offer the option for makeup classes, as our courses are usually full and we can't guarantee a makeup spot. Please make sure you can attend all classes within a course before making your booking.
- Can I transfer my reservation to another person if I can't attend? Absolutely! We encourage you to transfer your reservation to a friend or someone else who would love to experience our pottery classes. Just let us know in advance, and we'll make the necessary arrangements.
- What is your cancellation policy for memberships? Memberships start on the first day of each month and will auto-renew unless cancelled. If you'd like to cancel your membership, please reach out via email before the first day of the next month.
Most Common Questions
- Can I keep what I make in the class? Absolutely! Once your masterpiece is fired and ready, you can take it home with you.
- When can I pick up my piece(s)? The firing process usually takes 2 weeks, so your piece(s) should be ready 2 weeks after the date of your class. Please make sure to double check your initials and the date of your class when picking up your piece. Please also make sure to collect your pieces within 2 months of your class date or last course date. Beyond this date the pieces will be removed from the studio. Pick up times at our studio are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 12:00 - 3:00PM, or on Saturdays from 10:00AM - 2:00PM. Please bring your own wrapping and bag to protect your pieces.

Please take care to only collect your pieces and verify your initials and the date of your class on the bottom of your work before taking it home.
- Can I rent the kiln or pay for firing outside pieces? Unfortunately we are not supporting kiln-rental or firing for non studio pieces as our capacity is very limited.
