Sourcing: Michi's heritage, ‘first-flush’ ceremonial matcha uses traditional methods developed over generations. Tencha is carefully hand-picked, then the leaves are immediately steamed to lock in the unique umami flavour and later stone-ground. Sourced from the spring 2023 crop of tencha found in the 600 year-old Okunoyama gardens Uji, Japan.
