Hojicha Roasted Tea

Tasting Notes: Kyoto Hojicha is a robust medium roast with no bitterness and a sweet umami finish. Earthy and lightly smoky it has notes of cocoa, roasted cereals and nuts. Perfect served hot or cold, either on its own or mixed with any plant-based milk.

Preparation: Michi's Kyoto Hojica is finely ground and should be prepared using the same method as with matcha.
